By downloading or using Handle It! ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
A license to use the App on your personal device(s) for your own business operations. The free trial lets you create up to 3 invoices with all features except Teams. Paid tiers (Go, Pro, Boss) unlock the monthly invoice limits described on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel any time through your app store account or by contacting us. Refunds are handled per Apple App Store / Google Play policies for mobile-purchased subscriptions, or on a case-by-case basis for direct purchases.
Handle It! is offline-first. Your business data lives on your device. We strongly recommend you use the built-in Export Business Data feature regularly and (optionally) link a cloud storage account. We are not responsible for data loss caused by a lost, broken, or wiped device.
Don't use the App to do anything illegal, harass anyone, or attempt to break or reverse-engineer it. Don't share your license key. Staff join-codes are for crew members you employ, not for resale.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Tax calculations, donation valuations, and report disclaimers are informational — consult a CPA or qualified professional before filing.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
